To reach the island of Hvar by car, you will need to take a ferry from one of the mainland ports. The most common departure points are Split and Drvenik. From Split, you can take a ferry to Stari Grad, the main ferry port on Hvar. From Drvenik, ferries go to the port of Sućuraj on the eastern side of the island.
